We Provide "Virtual Physical Therapy"!

At Resume Mobility Physical Therapy, LLC, our mission is to provide virtual (or telehealth) physical therapy services to be comprehensive, convenient, and easily accessible to patients!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• As of now, we provide virtual (or telehealth) physical therapy for the patients in the South Carolina state only, with age group of 5 years to 64 years.

• We are in process of adding more states and age groups!​

WE ARE OUT-OF-NETWORK & CASH-BASED PRACTICE:

• Resume Mobility Physical Therapy, LLC is considered an out-of-network provider for the insurance companies.

• Currently, we are not accepting patients with Medicare and/or Medicaid. We do not accept or participate in any other health insurance networks. If your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits, you can request the reimbursement from your insurance company for our services.

• With our cash-based structure, there will be no need to wait for insurance authorization, rules/regulations, and visit limitations! You will have an opportunity to get as many as virtual physical therapy visits you need to get better and RESUME your prior level of function!​

DIRECT ACCESS TO PT FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:

• Receive physical therapy services for the first 30 days without having a doctor's referral - As per South Carolina Code of Laws, CHAPTER 45 - Section 40-45-110 (A) (4) and Section 40-45-320 (B), patients can receive direct access to physical therapy for up to 30 days without a referral from a physician. • If you want to continue physical therapy services past 30 days of PT Initial Evaluation session, we will need a referral from your doctor.

VIRTUAL (OR TELEHEALTH) PHYSICAL THERAPY:

• In South Carolina, the physical therapy services can be provided via telehealth under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. (SC LLR - Physical Therapy Advisory Opinion on Telehealth).
